Research: Quantifing Bioaerosols in the Ambient Air
Sampling methods and suitable extraction methods were explored to
quantify bioaerosols in urban outdoor air. The focus of study was on
measuring proteins, carbohydrates, endotoxins, and nucleic acids as
well as finding both the total number of bacteria and amount of viable
bacteria.
